The Premium Umrah is for pilgrims who want to spend every possible moment in the Haram without long walks. Both hotels are 5★ properties within about 100 metres of Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi, so you can return to your room between prayers and still be in the front rows for the next one.
Groups are kept smaller, meals are full-board buffets, and the journey between Makkah and Madinah is by the Haramain High Speed Railway in about two and a half hours instead of a long bus ride. Flights from Hyderabad are direct where available.

Performing your Umrah
Perform the Tawaf (seven circuits around the Kaaba from the Black Stone), two rak'ahs behind Maqam Ibrahim, Zamzam, the Sa'i (seven laps from Safa to Marwah) and Halq or Taqsir, with the group leader beside you. - DAY03
Days 3–5 · Prayers in Masjid al-Haram

Yes. The journey from Makkah to Madinah is by the Haramain High Speed Railway in economy class, about two and a half hours, with transfers between the hotels and the stations. Large suitcases may travel separately by road.
Visits to the Rawdah (Riyadh ul-Jannah) need a permit booked in the Nusuk app. The group leader helps every pilgrim apply, but the time slots are limited and set by the authorities, so a permit cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. The Umrah visa is included and is applied for through the official Saudi system together with the mandatory Saudi medical insurance. You need a passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel, recent passport-size photos with a white background and a copy of your PAN card. The visa is issued at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.
Men put on the two white Ihram sheets at home or at Hyderabad airport before the flight; women wear their normal modest clothes. You make the intention (niyyah) for Umrah and begin the Talbiyah before the plane crosses the miqat; the crew announces it before landing in Jeddah. The group leader explains every step at the orientation session before departure.
Under the current Saudi rules women may perform Umrah without a mahram. Women travelling without a mahram share rooms only with other women and stay with the group throughout. Rules can change, so our office confirms the current requirement when you book.
Saudi Arabia requires pilgrims to be vaccinated against meningitis with the quadrivalent ACWY vaccine at least 10 days before arrival; carry the certificate with your passport. A seasonal flu vaccine is recommended, especially for seniors. Requirements can change, so please confirm with our office or your doctor before travel.
Choose your departure, hotel package and room sharing on this page and pay a deposit of ₹25,000 per person online (UPI, cards or net banking) or at our Nizamabad or Hyderabad office. The balance is due 30 days before departure, and we send reminders by WhatsApp and e-mail. Bookings made within 30 days of departure are paid in full.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the visa, airline and hotel costs already paid. Our office gives you the cancellation terms in writing before you pay the deposit.

We took my father, who cannot walk far, and having the hotel right next to the Haram made all the difference. The Haramain train to Madinah was quick and comfortable.
