Travelling for Umrah with children and elderly parents needs more time and a gentler pace. This 21-day package begins with eight peaceful nights in Madinah, so the family settles in and recovers from the journey before the Umrah, and then gives you twelve nights in Makkah with plenty of free days for prayers and extra Tawaf.

Hyderabad to Madinah
Fly to Madinah (no Ihram is needed on this flight). Transfer to your hotel near Masjid an-Nabawi and rest after the journey. - DAY02
Days 2–3 · Masjid an-Nabawi
Pray in the Prophet's Mosque and send salaam upon the Prophet ﷺ and his two companions. The group leader helps each family book Rawdah permits in the Nusuk app; women and men have separate times. - DAY04
Madinah ziyarat
A family-paced visit to Masjid Quba, Mount Uhud and the martyrs of Uhud, Masjid al-Qiblatayn, the Seven Mosques and a date farm where children can see how dates are grown. - DAY05
Days 5–8 · Prayers in Madinah
Free days for prayers, Quran and rest. Men can visit Jannat al-Baqi after Fajr. - DAY09
Madinah to Makkah
Men put on the Ihram at the hotel and the family makes the intention for Umrah at the miqat of Dhul Hulayfah (Abyar Ali). Travel to Makkah by the group bus or your private car (about 5–6 hours) and check in. - DAY10
The family Umrah
With the group leader, perform the Tawaf (seven circuits around the Kaaba from the Black Stone), two rak'ahs behind Maqam Ibrahim, Zamzam, the Sa'i (seven laps from Safa to Marwah) and Halq or Taqsir. Parents carry or walk with young children; wheelchairs can be arranged for elders. - DAY11

Yes. Child prices depend on the child's age and on whether a separate bed is needed. Book the adults here and tell us the children's ages in the booking note or on WhatsApp; our office confirms the child price before you pay the balance.
Yes. A child's Umrah is valid. For a young child, the parent makes the intention on the child's behalf and carries or walks with the child through the Tawaf and Sa'i; the group leader explains this in the orientation session.
Choose a hotel package closer to the Haram and add wheelchair assistance from the add-ons: a wheelchair with a helper for the Tawaf and Sa'i, and wheelchair requests at the airports. Masjid al-Haram has separate routes for wheelchair users on the upper floors.
Yes. Choose "Private car" under transport in the booking box. The car is for your family for the airport transfers, the Madinah–Makkah journey and the ziyarat, and is charged once per booking.
This group flies to Madinah first, so you do not need the Ihram on the flight. When we leave Madinah for Makkah, men put on the Ihram at the hotel and everyone makes the intention for Umrah at the miqat of Dhul Hulayfah (Abyar Ali), where the bus stops for prayer.
Yes. The Umrah visa is included and is applied for through the official Saudi system together with the mandatory Saudi medical insurance. You need a passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel, recent passport-size photos with a white background and a copy of your PAN card. The visa is issued at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.
Under the current Saudi rules women may perform Umrah without a mahram. Women travelling without a mahram share rooms only with other women and stay with the group throughout. Rules can change, so our office confirms the current requirement when you book.
Saudi Arabia requires pilgrims to be vaccinated against meningitis with the quadrivalent ACWY vaccine at least 10 days before arrival; carry the certificate with your passport. A seasonal flu vaccine is recommended, especially for seniors. Requirements can change, so please confirm with our office or your doctor before travel.
Choose your departure, hotel package and room sharing on this page and pay a deposit of ₹25,000 per person online (UPI, cards or net banking) or at our Nizamabad or Hyderabad office. The balance is due 30 days before departure, and we send reminders by WhatsApp and e-mail. Bookings made within 30 days of departure are paid in full.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the visa, airline and hotel costs already paid. Our office gives you the cancellation terms in writing before you pay the deposit.

We travelled with our two children and my mother. Three weeks gave us time to rest between prayers. The quad room was a little small for a family with luggage.
